Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow a combined tax and litigation practice from the firm’s Boise office. This role will manage complex disputes and tax matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups on state and federal issues.

The firm is looking for an experienced trial and tax lawyer with a demonstrable record of case management and client service. The team values business development; candidates who can build or bring a portable practice will be particularly competitive.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience in tax controversy and litigation work
Track record of managing complex matters and supervising teams
Demonstrated business development ability or potential to develop a portable practice
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience in state or federal courts
