Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation — Charleston

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead tax and litigation work from its Charleston office. The role combines controversy and transactional tax matters, with courtroom and trial-oriented responsibilities.

The successful candidate will manage a docket of tax controversies, guide litigation strategy, and work with cross-practice teams on transactional tax issues. This is an established platform with support for business development and client service in the Southeast.

• Admission to practice in the relevant state; active bar membership and good standing.
• Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and related litigation; courtroom/trial experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage matters and mentor junior lawyers.
• Business development capability; consideration given to candidates with a portable practice or client relationships.
