The partner will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work with a team of litigators and tax practitioners. The practice values practical courtroom experience and an ability to manage complex tax positions through dispute resolution.
Candidates with a portable practice or an established book of business are encouraged to apply; there is flexibility for candidates with smaller portable practices who can contribute to business development locally.
- Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and related litigation.
- Strong trial and motion practice; comfortable managing contested matters from intake through resolution.
- Licensed to practice in the relevant state (or willing to obtain admission) and able to work from the Hartford office.
- Proven client development ability; candidates with a portable practice (including smaller books of business) will be considered.
