The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution work with high-level tax controversy matters, handling cases across administrative and judicial forums.
The successful candidate will take a leading role on contested tax matters, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and help expand client relationships in the region. A portable practice or proven ability to bring and grow client work is welcome.
- Partner-level experience handling tax controversy and related litigation.
- Proven trial, motion practice, or appellate advocacy skills in tax or civil litigation.
- Track record of managing matters and mentoring junior attorneys.
- Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
- Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission).
