Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation — Laramie

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice from its Laramie office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on tax disputes, controversy resolution, and related litigation matters for a mixture of business and individual clients.

Ideal candidate will take ownership of a portable practice and collaborate with regional litigation and tax teams to develop local market business. The position offers client-facing leadership, case management responsibility, and opportunities to mentor junior attorneys.

• Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy and tax litigation.
• Track record of developing and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong litigation skills, including drafting, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Ability to lead engagements, supervise associates, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams.
