Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice. The role combines contentious tax work with broader litigation matters and offers a platform to handle complex disputes at trial and appellate levels.

The successful candidate will join an existing litigation team, supervise associates, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. This is an opportunity to develop a regional tax controversy practice and bring a portable client base.

Partner-level experience in tax controversy and tax litigation, including courtroom and appellate experience.
Proven track record of managing matters and supervising junior lawyers.
Demonstrable business development skills and ability to cultivate client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
