Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its tax and related litigation practice from the Rapid City office. The role will focus on tax controversy, dispute resolution and courtroom/administrative litigation work for a range of clients.

Ideal candidate will take a senior role in handling complex tax litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to practice development across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable business-generating ability is welcomed.

JD and active bar admission in the relevant state(s)
Significant experience handling tax litigation, controversies and dispute resolution
Proven client-facing skills and ability to originate or grow business; portable book of business welcomed
Experience supervising associates and managing matter workflow
