Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, San Diego

Experienced tax-litigation partner sought for a busy San Diego practice. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on tax controversies, audit defense and related litigation matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative US firm platform and help grow the regional tax-litigation bench. This is a partner-level opportunity open to candidates with an established, portable practice and a record of originating and handling contested tax matters.

• Admission to the California bar and active practice authorization.
• Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy, tax litigation or related contentious tax work.
• Track record of client development and ability to bring or expand a portable practice.
• Strong courtroom and motion practice skills; experience handling audits, appeals, and trial work preferred.
