Apply in confidence →Senior tax litigator sought to join a well-established national law firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on federal and state tax disputes for a diverse set of corporate and high-net-worth clients.
The firm is looking for an experienced partner to grow and lead tax-controversy matters in the region. You will work with cross-practice teams on complex litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings and help expand the office’s tax capabilities.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be viewed favorably; the hiring team is open to candidates with varying book sizes and is focused on fit and practice strength.
- Established partner with substantial experience in tax controversy and tax litigation.
- Strong trial and appellate experience preferred; comfort with courtroom advocacy and regulatory proceedings.
- Proven ability to originate or develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
- Bar admission in D.C. or ability to obtain; excellent client-development and team leadership skills.
