Lateral Partner — Tax — New York

A leading international law firm is seeking a tax partner to join its New York office. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated tax advice across corporate and transactional matters for a broad range of U.S. and international clients.

The team advises on federal, state and cross-border tax issues and works closely with corporate, finance and private client practices. The firm is open to a partner with an established, portable tax practice who can contribute client relationships and revenue generation.

• Established partner-level experience in tax law with a demonstrable track record advising on complex tax matters.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (New York admission preferred).
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
• Excellent technical tax skills, strong commercial judgment and collaborative approach working across practice groups.
