Lateral Partner — Tax, Phoenix

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix tax practice. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated tax advice to corporate and individual clients across federal, state and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join an established, collaborative team that handles high-value work for a diverse client base and benefits from a broad national and international platform. The firm welcomes partners with a portable practice and a proven record of client origination and relationship management.

• Partner-level tax experience, with a proven track record advising on federal and state tax matters and tax aspects of transactions
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Demonstrated client development skills and experience managing a team
• Ability to bring or grow a portable practice and to integrate into a collaborative, cross-practice platform
