The team handles sophisticated tax planning, transactional support and controversy work; the firm is looking for a partner who can contribute at the senior level and help grow the practice locally and regionally. The role supports collaboration across tax, corporate and real estate practices.

Established partner-level experience in tax law, including transactional and planning matters
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong technical tax skills
Demonstrated ability to originate or grow portable client relationships and contribute to business development
Excellent client-facing, drafting and mentoring abilities for junior lawyers
