Lateral Partner — Technology, Media & Entertainment and Transportation (Phoenix)

Seeking a partner to lead and grow practices at the intersection of technology, media & entertainment, and transportation. The role will advise corporate and commercial clients on strategic transactions, regulatory and industry-specific matters, and counsel on technology-driven and media-related legal issues.

This is a partner-level opening based in Phoenix with openness to strong candidates nationwide. The team works across industry groups and seeks a rainmaker who can both service existing clients and originate new business.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ BoB (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in technology, media & entertainment or transportation-related matters
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Bar admission and authorisation to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s) or ability to obtain admission
