Leasing Associate — Real Estate, Garden City

Mid-level associate role in a national real estate leasing practice based in the Garden City office. The team represents a range of clients on commercial lease matters, with a primary focus on retail and office transactions and occasional industrial leasing.

The group is collaborative and cross-trained in leasing, lease-related litigation and bankruptcy work. The role offers exposure to drafting and negotiating complex leases, client-facing responsibility, and opportunities to work on matters that span jurisdictions.

• 4–6 years of significant New York City commercial leasing experience at a law firm
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases (retail and office emphasis; industrial leasing a plus)
• Admission to the New York bar
• Strong drafting, negotiation, time-management and client-service skills; ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines
