We are seeking highly qualified legal trainees (Referendare) to join our Capital Markets practice in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging mandates within a premier international law firm environment.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our team in a diverse range of capital markets matters, including bonds, IPOs, capital increases, structured finance, securitizations, derivatives, and portfolio transactions. You will also gain exposure to legal tech and AI applications in the financial sector.
