Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Kapitalmarktrecht

Support our Capital Markets practice in Frankfurt as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d). We are looking for talented legal professionals with excellent academic credentials and strong English skills to join our team. You will work on a diverse range of matters including debt issuances, equity capital markets transactions, structured finance, derivatives, portfolio transactions, and advising clearing houses. This role offers exposure to international financial markets and the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues from day one.

• Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to support the Capital Markets practice
• At least 3 months availability, working 3 days per week
• Strong academic record and excellent English skills
• Interest in legal tech, AI, and FinTech topics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be enrolled in or have completed legal education (Referendariat or equivalent)
• No portable book of business required for this role
