AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an associate to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Century City.

3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment
Experience with life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, including cross-border transactions
Experience with life sciences commercial agreements (supply and manufacturing, master services, research, clinical trial agreements)
IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets
Undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience preferred but not required
Must be admitted to the California bar or eligible to seek prompt admission

Qualified candidates will have:
