Litigation Associate — Antitrust & Competition, Washington, DC

Mid-level litigation associate opportunity on a Washington, DC antitrust litigation team. The role involves supporting a portfolio of complex antitrust matters, with significant hands-on experience in discovery, e-discovery, depositions, expert witness preparation, motion practice, and work in multi‑party and class‑action litigation.

This position offers structured training and development in antitrust litigation and opportunities to build trial and subject‑matter expertise. Experience interacting with enforcement agencies (e.g., DOJ, FTC, state attorneys general) is a plus. The team environment includes supervision and mentoring responsibilities for more junior professionals.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing with the D.C. Bar and be prepared to provide law school transcripts as part of the application.

• Minimum of 4 years of complex litigation experience, ideally with antitrust or similar multi‑party litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; experience managing discovery and e‑discovery.
• Experience with depositions, expert witness preparation, and motion practice; class action experience preferred.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the D.C. Bar (in good standing).
• Ability to supervise and mentor more junior team members; prior law firm litigation experience preferred.
