Mid-level Litigation Associate — Financial Services & Securities, San Francisco

Join a busy San Francisco litigation team focused on financial services, securities enforcement and complex consumer and commercial litigation. The group handles high-stakes matters including large-scale class actions, statewide unfair competition and consumer protection claims, Ponzi-scheme and related financial-institution defense, and mass arbitration proceedings.

This role will involve substantive motion practice, discovery management, client counseling and courtroom/arbitration work on significant matters. The office supports professional development, pro bono credit and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

• Admission to practice in California (or must be eligible)
• Mid-level associate with prior litigation experience in financial services, securities, or consumer class actions
• Strong motion drafting, legal research, and document review skills
• Experience with complex discovery and preferred exposure to arbitration or courtroom proceedings
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team and manage client-facing responsibilities
