Our firm is seeking a junior associate (0–2 years’ experience) to join our Litigation department in our Paris office (La Défense). You will work within a team of six lawyers, reporting to experienced partners, and will handle complex commercial disputes for French and international clients in highly regulated sectors such as construction and telecoms.

Assist on litigation files from inception to hearing, including drafting pleadings, legal research, and strategy preparation.
Manage discovery and document review exercises.
Liaise with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under partner supervision.
Contribute to business development initiatives and legal publications.

You have strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, and fluency in French and English. A prior experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution is a plus.

French qualified lawyer (avocat) or eligible to be admitted to the Paris Bar.
0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, ideally including commercial disputes.
Sound knowledge of contract law and civil liability principles.
Strong command of legal research tools and drafting skills.
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
Team spirit, autonomy, and excellent organisational skills.
