Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Join a national litigation practice seeking a driven associate with experience in complex commercial disputes. The team handles pretrial, discovery, trial and appellate matters across industries and works collaboratively with other practice groups to achieve client-focused solutions.

The role requires strong legal research and brief-writing skills, hands-on experience running document productions and managing discovery, and participation in client development activities such as contributing articles and speaking engagements. This position reports into the Los Angeles litigation team and will play a visible role on contested matters.

The firm maintains a hybrid working model; this role requires onsite work approximately 60% of the time in line with firm guidelines.

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 3+ years of complex litigation experience (state and federal court)
• Experience with document production, discovery management, legal research and brief-writing
• Consumer class action experience preferred; appellate experience a plus
• Judicial clerkship a plus
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
