Litigation & Insurance Partner — Seattle

Senior insurance litigator sought to lead and grow a policyholder-focused practice in Seattle. The role combines handling complex disputed coverage matters with providing insurance counseling to corporate and institutional clients.

The partner will supervise litigation teams, appear in court as needed, and work closely with colleagues across practices to manage coverage disputes and related defense/coverage coordination. Significant business-development responsibility to expand the practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record representing policyholders in coverage disputes and insurance counseling
• Experience leading litigation teams and managing high-stakes matters through trial or dispositive motion practice
• Strong client-development skills and ability to grow regional market presence
• Active bar admission in Washington or eligibility to obtain admission
