Seeking a lateral litigation partner to join a well-established U.S. firm’s Atlanta office. The role will focus on leading and expanding commercial litigation and trial work across regional and national matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex disputes, supervise associate teams, and play a key role in business development and client relationship management. Portable client relationships are welcome and will be considered in assessing fit and opportunity.

Seasoned litigator with significant trial and courtroom experience.
Proven record of originating or growing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to the Georgia bar (or eligibility) and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
