Litigation Partner — Palo Alto

Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto office. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation matters across technology and corporate disputes and will involve leading cases, managing teams, and developing client relationships.

The office offers a mix of contentious work across federal and state courts and a collaborative environment with experienced trial lawyers. The successful candidate will help grow the practice in the region and will have strong courtroom experience and a proven track record of client development.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience in commercial litigation, including trial and appellate matters
• Demonstrated business development and client-management skills
• Bar admission in California (or eligible) and ability to be based in Palo Alto
