Senior litigation partner role in Raleigh focused on commercial litigation, securities matters and white‑collar defense. The position will lead trial teams, manage complex case strategy, and supervise associates across matters in state and federal courts.

The role requires strong client relationship management and active business development to grow and retain private clients. The successful candidate will help shape practice strategy and be expected to integrate with a regional team while maintaining a high standard of litigation execution.
