Litigation Staff Attorney — Litigation, Los Angeles

Experienced litigation team seeks a Staff Attorney to support defense work in California state and federal courts with a focus on product liability and consumer‑goods matters. The role involves drafting motions and pleadings, handling discovery, taking fact witness depositions, preparing trial materials, and supporting overall case strategy.

This is a full‑time position with flexible work options (in‑office or 100% remote, candidate preference). The team values strong legal writing, independent judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate in a fast‑paced litigation practice.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience (posted range $140,000–$200,000).

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts
• Experience in product liability or mass tort litigation preferred; relevant experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or commercial litigation also considered
• Proven experience taking fact witness depositions and handling written discovery, pleadings, and motion practice
• Strong legal research and writing skills, project management ability, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with document review platforms (e.g., Relativity) and privilege/responsiveness review is a plus
