A growing corporate team in New York seeks a mid-level associate with public company M&A experience. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and supporting complex public-company transactions.

Day-to-day work includes legal research and drafting, transaction management from diligence through closing, client interaction, and collaboration with deal teams. The role is based in-office with hybrid flexibility.

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Approximately 4 years of post-qualification experience handling public company M&A matters
• Proven experience drafting principal acquisition agreements and participating in direct negotiations
• Background at a major law firm (AmLaw 100 or similar) with immediately transferable transactional skills
• Strong written/verbal communication, legal research, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
