Leading national firm is seeking associates to join its M&A / private equity team. The role offers transactional work on buy‑side and sell‑side matters across sponsor and corporate clients.

Open to associates who can be based in New York or Washington, D.C.; the team handles domestic and cross‑border deals and offers significant exposure to all stages of the transaction lifecycle.

3–6 years PQE (associate-level transactional experience)
Demonstrated M&A and/or private equity deal experience (buy‑side, sell‑side, or portfolio company work)
Eligible to work in the United States and able to be based in NY or DC
J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility
