M&A & Private Equity Managing / Senior Associate

We are seeking a Managing or Senior Associate to join a top-tier M&A and private equity transactional team. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (including Miami, New York, Orange County/Irvine and San Francisco) and involves leading deal execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and advising on complex buy-side and sell-side transactions.

The team handles high-volume, sophisticated matters for institutional clients; successful candidates will join a collegial practice with structured training, mentoring and opportunities for client-facing responsibility.

• 5–7 years of law firm experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven transactional drafting and deal-management experience
• Membership in the bar of the state where the attorney will be based
