Lead transactions for emerging-growth technology clients within a national technology practice. This role sits in a team that combines strong Silicon Valley roots with a broad U.S. platform advising startups, growth-stage companies and their investors on financings and strategic transactions.

The opportunity is open to candidates based in multiple U.S. offices (San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, Seattle, Austin, or Santa Monica). You will work on venture financings, private offerings and M&A alongside partner teams, with structured training and mentoring available.

4–6 years' transactional experience at a major law firm, focused on venture financings, private offerings and emerging-growth company work
Strong drafting, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills
Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate will be based
Ability to manage deals and work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
