An opportunity to join the UK's largest planning team and play a key role in delivering some of the country's most high-profile energy and infrastructure projects, working predominantly within an Energy & Infrastructure consenting team.

You will advise major clients on complex planning and consenting matters across energy, transport, water and other nationally significant infrastructure — including offshore wind, utility-scale solar, carbon capture and storage, nuclear, pipelines, airports, ports, roads and rapid transit systems. The work is high profile, varied and closely connected to wider Energy and Infrastructure sectors, with early responsibility and the chance to build your own profile alongside recognised specialists.

This is a chance to develop trusted client relationships and contribute to practice growth through business development, working collaboratively with colleagues across property, energy and infrastructure teams.

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer with 6+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Experience gained within a large regional or national practice
  • Strong technical expertise in planning and infrastructure consenting
  • Knowledge of consenting strategies and major infrastructure consents
  • Commercially aware, client-focused and enthusiastic about business development
  • Collaborative approach suited to a hard-working, friendly and dynamic team
