Medior Associate Real Estate

An international law firm based in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Medior Associate to join its Real Estate practice. Working from the firm's office in the iconic Valley building, you will advise national and international clients on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, development, and divestments.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of lawyers, civil-law notaries, and tax advisors, and work closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe, and the US. You will take on significant responsibility, managing files independently while contributing to a dynamic and ambitious team.

• Completed LL.M. degree
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a commercial real estate transactional practice
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and client-focused mindset
• Accurate, pragmatic, and strong communication skills
