To strengthen our Real Estate practice, we are looking for an experienced senior associate. In this role, you will work on complex (international) real estate transactions, acting as a sparring partner for clients and colleagues. You will advise and guide clients throughout the full process—from development, acquisition, and financing to divestment. You understand client interests, think proactively about legally sound and practically feasible solutions, and recognize commercial opportunities where legal expertise plays a key role.

Within our Real Estate team, you will work alongside lawyers, civil-law notaries, and tax advisors on the full spectrum of commercial real estate, including transactions, notarial work, financing, project development, and zoning law. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the UK, Europe, and the US, as well as with other practice groups such as Administrative Law, Finance & Restructuring, Corporate/M&A, Litigation, and Tax.

Completed LL.M. degree
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions within a law firm
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive, client-oriented mindset
Accurate, pragmatic, and strong communication skills
