Mergers & Acquisitions Associate — Philadelphia

Top-tier international law firm seeks a mid-level (4th–6th year) associate to join a growing M&A team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic transactions across a range of industries, with frequent work in life sciences/healthcare, energy, consumer and financial services sectors.

Typical work includes conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating with client teams and large deal groups, and supporting public and private-company deals. The team offers substantive exposure to complex, high-value transactions and opportunities for professional growth.

• 4–6 years' experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactions
• Experience with cross-border deals, due diligence, and drafting transaction agreements
• Familiarity with Delaware and New York corporate law and federal securities rules
• Strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
