A Philadelphia office of a leading international law firm seeks a talented mid-level associate (4th–6th year) to join its sophisticated and growing M&A practice. The group represents public and private company clients on cross-border and domestic transactions across a broad range of industries, with particular emphasis on life sciences and healthcare, energy, consumer, and financial services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including conducting due diligence of acquisition targets, drafting transaction agreements, and interacting effectively with client teams. Familiarity with Delaware and New York corporate law and federal securities laws is expected.

The firm offers a large international platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and comfortable working with large deal teams on complex transactions.

4th–6th year associate with M&A and general corporate experience
Experience with due diligence, drafting transaction agreements, and client interaction
Familiarity with Delaware and New York corporate and federal securities laws
Excellent academic credentials and strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
Large regional, national, or international law firm experience preferred
Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
