An established corporate practice is seeking experienced mergers and acquisitions attorneys to join its M&A team. The role is open across multiple offices and offers the opportunity to advise sophisticated clients on a wide range of transactional matters.

The position involves drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing the deal process end to end, and building and maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will also supervise junior associates and handle the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements across a variety of M&A engagements.

This is a hands-on role suited to a self-starting attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment and enjoys taking real responsibility for deal execution and team coordination.

3–7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for definitive and ancillary transaction documents
Experience managing the deal process and client relationships
Ability to supervise junior associates and manage workflow on multiple matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
