Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

Established national practice is seeking 3rd- to 7th-year associates to join its U.S. M&A team. The role focuses on advising sophisticated corporate clients across a range of buy- and sell-side transactions and other M&A-related matters.

Successful candidates will lead deal workstreams, prepare and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents, manage deal process and client relationships, and supervise junior associates. • 3-7 years of M&A transactional experience (PQE)
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills for definitive and ancillary deal documents
