An established law firm is seeking experienced M&A attorneys with 3–7 years of practice to join its corporate team in San Diego. The role involves working on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions matters for clients with complex needs, with meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure.

The successful candidate will handle a varied deal flow, from drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents to managing the overall deal process. This includes overseeing day-to-day workflow requirements, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supervising junior associates.
