Top-tier corporate practice is seeking a mid-level M&A associate to work on a range of buy- and sell-side transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal process, interfacing with sophisticated counterparties, and coordinating junior team members.

Successful candidates will join a national transactional platform and work on complex corporate matters across offices in the United States. The team values strong technical drafting skills, commercial judgment and the ability to manage client-facing responsibilities and internal workflow under tight deadlines.
