Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate, San Francisco

Leading national firm is seeking a mid‑level M&A associate to join its San Francisco corporate team. The role involves handling public and private M&A matters, drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal processes, and coordinating with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Successful candidates will supervise junior attorneys on transactions, manage day‑to‑day workflow on multiple matters, and deliver high‑quality, timely legal advice for sophisticated corporate clients. • 3–7 years of post‑qualification M&A/transactional experience
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Track record managing deal processes and supervising junior associates
