Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney — Corporate

Join a major US law firm’s corporate practice as a dedicated M&A Resource Attorney supporting the firm’s M&A team. This is an internal, non-client-facing, non-billing role focused on enabling deal teams through knowledge management, precedent drafting and practice support.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and auditing the transaction database, drafting and curating forms and precedents, monitoring legal and regulatory developments and preparing practice updates, coordinating training content, and supporting marketing and pitch materials for the M&A group. The role will also field attorney requests for templates and assist on practice innovation projects.

• Licensed US attorney in good standing with a JD.
• At least 4 years’ experience in US M&A / corporate transactional practice (public and/or private transactions).
• Working knowledge of corporate governance and board fiduciary duties.
• Strong drafting, editing and attention to detail; experience with templates and precedent documents.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with attorneys, marketing and knowledge teams.
