Apply in confidence →Join a national law firm’s M&A practice as a dedicated resource attorney supporting deal teams and practice-group operations. This non-billable role focuses on maintaining and improving the group’s transaction knowledge base, forms and precedents, and on producing practice-oriented guidance and training materials.
Typical responsibilities include populating and auditing a transaction database, drafting and curating template documents and precedents, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, supporting legal education and marketing efforts, and responding to day-to-day attorney requests for precedents and tools. The role will also participate in knowledge-management and practice-innovation projects.
- Licensed attorney in the United States with at least 4 years' experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice.
- Experience with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties preferred.
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Comfort working on non-billable, practice-support initiatives and collaborating with knowledge management, marketing and training teams.
