A leading global law firm is seeking an M&A Resource Attorney to join its Corporate practice. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on empowering the firm's transactional lawyers with the tools, precedents and knowledge they need to work efficiently.

Working alongside a senior Resource Attorney, you will manage and maintain the group's transaction database, draft and curate template documents, forms and precedents, and monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting M&A. You will also coordinate with internal teams on associate training, support marketing and business development content, and field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents and resources.

The role offers scope to contribute to knowledge-management and practice-innovation initiatives as they evolve, making it well suited to a detail-oriented transactional lawyer who enjoys structure, drafting and organization over deal execution.

Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Working familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties and market trends
Strong drafting and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders
Flexibility and willingness to support new initiatives as they arise
