Apply in confidence →Senior-resource role supporting a national M&A practice team. This non-billable position focuses on enabling deal teams by managing transaction knowledge, drafting and maintaining forms and precedents, and curating the group’s practice resources.
Typical responsibilities include populating and auditing a transaction database, preparing and updating template documents, tracking legal and regulatory developments and producing concise legal updates, coordinating training content, and supporting marketing/business development and attorney requests. The role will also contribute to knowledge‑management and practice‑innovation projects.
- Licensed US attorney with at least 4 years' experience in corporate/M&A transactional work
- Familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and document/precedent management skills
- Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with attorneys and KM/marketing teams
