Apply in confidence →Join a national practice team as a non-billing M&A Resource Attorney supporting the firm’s corporate/M&A group. This role focuses on building and maintaining practice resources, drafting and curating precedents, and helping translate legal and regulatory developments into usable team guidance.
Typical duties include managing the transaction database, preparing and revising form documents and precedents, producing legal updates and training materials, and supporting marketing and pitch content. The position works closely with knowledge management, legal education and marketing teams and reports into the M&A practice leadership.
- Licensed U.S. attorney with at least 4 years of experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice.
- Practical familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties.
- Strong drafting, document-quality control and organizational skills; attention to detail is essential.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with KM, training and marketing teams and responding to ad hoc attorney requests.
