A leading global law firm is seeking an M&A Resource Attorney to support its corporate practice group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enabling practicing attorneys to work more efficiently and stay at the forefront of M&A practice.

The position involves managing and auditing the group's transaction database, drafting and curating template documents, forms and precedents, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting M&A. The attorney will also help coordinate associate trainings, support marketing and business development content, and field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents and resources.

This is a collaborative role working alongside a senior resource attorney, with opportunities to contribute to evolving knowledge management and practice innovation projects.

Licensed attorney with at least 4 years' experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Working knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties and market trends
Strong drafting, organizational and quality-control skills with close attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and work flexibly as part of a team
