Seeking a non-billable M&A Resource Attorney to support a large corporate practice in New York. This role focuses on enabling deal teams by maintaining transaction records, managing and drafting forms and precedents, producing legal updates, and supporting training and marketing initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include inputting and auditing deal terms in a transaction database, curating and revising template documents, summarizing regulatory and market developments, coordinating associate training content, and responding to attorney requests for precedents and templates. The role will also participate in knowledge‑management and practice-innovation projects.

Licensed U.S. attorney with at least 4 years' experience in M&A/corporate transactional practice
Practical exposure to public and private M&A, corporate governance, and board fiduciary issues
Strong drafting, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and work collaboratively as part of a resource team
