Apply in confidence →Seeking a resource attorney to support a busy M&A practice group within a leading U.S. law firm. This non-billing role focuses on enabling fee-earners by maintaining deal precedents and know‑how, drafting and curating templates, and supporting practice training and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include inputting and auditing transaction data, drafting and managing forms and precedents, tracking legal and regulatory developments, coordinating training content, and assisting with marketing and pitch materials. The role will also support ad hoc requests from attorneys and participate in knowledge‑management and practice innovation projects.
- Licensed U.S. attorney with a minimum of 4 years' experience in M&A/corporate transactional work
- Practical exposure to public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties
- Strong drafting, proofreading and document-management skills; high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with flexibility to support evolving resource and knowledge initiatives
