Typical matters include early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings. The position combines collaborative team projects with responsibility for managing substantial components of transactions independently.

Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a demonstrable transaction track record (deal sheet) are required. Candidates must be or be immediately eligible for bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
