Mid-level associate with prior law firm transactional experience
Experience representing technology companies in venture financings, M&A, and private/public offerings
Demonstrated ability to work on teams and manage significant portions of transactions independently
Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or timely eligibility) and submission of a deal sheet required
