Technology Companies – Mid-Level Corporate Associate

A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies group.

The role involves representing technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including early and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings. The successful candidate will have experience working in teams as well as managing substantial components of transactions independently.

• Mid-level associate with corporate and transactional experience
• Specific experience representing technology companies in venture financings, M&A, and private and public offerings
• Ability to manage substantial components of transactions independently and work effectively in teams
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
• Deal sheet required
