Life Sciences Corporate Associate (Mid-Level) – Los Angeles

An award-winning Life Sciences practice is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its Los Angeles office. The group focuses on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies across the US, Asia, and worldwide.

The role involves advising venture-backed private and public companies on a broad range of matters, including equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance. You will work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where lawyers and professional staff across practice areas and geographies regularly work together.

• 2–4 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters
• Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions
• Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, but candidates with a demonstrated interest in the sector will also be considered
