Corporate Associate, Life Sciences — Los Angeles

Mid-level corporate associate role on a dedicated life sciences team focused on corporate and transactional work for high-growth biotech, pharma, healthcare and technology companies. The group handles cross-border and domestic matters across the company lifecycle.

Typical matters include venture-backed equity financings, registered offerings and IPOs, M&A, and ongoing public-company and SEC counseling. The team works with clients across the US and internationally.

• 2–4 years' corporate/transactional experience (PQE 2–4).
• Experience on public-company matters, registered equity offerings and SEC reporting, and M&A transactions.
• Experience with or strong interest in life sciences or healthcare clients.
• Strong drafting, deal execution and client-facing skills; ability to work on cross-border matters.
