Mid-Level Finance Associate (4th–6th Year)

Our client's Global Finance team is seeking a mid-level associate with four to six years of experience to join its growing practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements, with a focus on lending and leveraged finance.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group that advises a range of high-profile bank and non-bank lenders, including private debt funds. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing, with strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience required.
