Mid-Level Finance Associate (Data Center & Digital Infrastructure) – New York

Our New York finance group seeks a mid-level associate with strong digital infrastructure finance experience, including data center financing. The role focuses on financing transactions within the data center and broader digital infrastructure sectors.

The firm offers an enhanced mentorship program designed to support experienced attorneys transitioning into the practice, along with professional development resources and benefits, including a hybrid work model.

Attorneys also have the opportunity to engage in an extensive pro bono program, contributing to causes of personal interest while receiving credit for their time. The base salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.

• Four to six years of digital infrastructure finance experience
• Data center financing experience required
• Strong finance background
• High level of academic achievement
