Mid-level Finance Associate — New York

Seeking a mid-level finance associate for a major New York finance practice. The role focuses on commercial lending and syndicated finance work, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements, security agreements and other loan documents, and handling UCC-related matters alongside general corporate tasks.

The team offers structured mentorship for laterals, formal professional development, an active pro bono program, and a hybrid work model (office presence Monday–Thursday with periodic remote flexibility). Compensation for this New York role is expected to be in the range disclosed by the hiring office and may include a discretionary year-end bonus.

• Class of 2021–2022 or equivalent mid-level associate experience in a law firm finance practice
• Practical experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit and security agreements, and UCC filings
• Strong academic record and demonstrable capital markets or lending experience
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
