Mid-Level M&A Associate — Corporate Transactions

Nationwide law firm is seeking a mid-level M&A associate (4–8 years' experience) to join a national Transactions/Corporate practice in any U.S. office. The role focuses on U.S. and cross-border mergers & acquisitions with a significant emphasis on private equity-driven deals.

You'll work on complex acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and related strategic transactions as part of a collaborative, multi-office deal platform. The position offers direct client exposure, responsibility for multiple workstreams, and close collaboration with attorneys across offices and practice groups.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic credentials
• 4–8 years of U.S. M&A experience (including private equity-driven transactions and cross-border deals)
• Proven drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience coordinating multiple workstreams
• Active bar membership in good standing; ability to obtain timely admission in the hiring office's state
