An opportunity has arisen for a mid-level projects and infrastructure lawyer to join a market-leading energy and projects practice based in Dubai, working across the MENA region and beyond. The team handles a broad variety of matters under both English and UAE law, advising sponsors, developers and lenders on large-scale power, renewables, utilities and concession projects.

The role offers genuine responsibility for running transactions and working closely with clients, developing strong transaction-management and organisational skills alongside technical excellence. You will work on ground-breaking, high-value deals for top-tier clients, with a range and international scope of deal flow that is rare in the region.

4–6 years' post-qualification experience in projects, infrastructure and project finance
First-class legal ability with a practical commercial approach
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
