Mid-Level Tax Associate — Tax (Nashville)

Seeking a mid-level tax associate to join a national law firm's Nashville tax team. The role focuses on tax work tied to renewable energy tax credits and corporate transactional matters, including M&A involving private equity.

This is a hands-on position offering substantive training, client-facing drafting and research, and collaboration with an established team. The role is based in Nashville and expects regular in-office attendance.

• 2-5 years of tax experience, with exposure to renewable energy tax credits and/or corporate M&A (private equity-related matters preferred)
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and attention to detail
• Immediately transferable skills and strong academic credentials
• Licensed or ready to become licensed to practice in the relevant state (Tennessee)
• Must reside in the Nashville area at or before start date and be able to work onsite (expected minimum three days per week)
