A market-leading Corporate practice in Bangkok is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join a highly collaborative, internationally focused team. You will work on sophisticated transactional and cross-border matters for clients operating throughout Southeast Asia.

The practice advises Thai and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, capital markets transactions, foreign direct investment, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Clients include listed companies, multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, investment funds, financial institutions, family offices and growth-stage businesses across a broad range of sectors.

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in transaction execution and client management, developing technical expertise on complex, high-profile work while mentoring junior associates.

Thai law qualification.
LL.B. from a recognised university with a strong academic record.
Approximately 6–10 years' experience gained at a leading law firm or reputable corporate legal environment.
Significant experience across M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal analytical skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English.
Commercially minded with a practical approach to complex legal and business issues, and a collaborative, proactive team ethos.
